2021 Green Season (see table below) – If you can, it is nice to know what you like and don’t like, and what you are okay with. Turnips are intentionally under-planted, many people have ‘Turniped their nose’ at them.

Green Season is fun, and a bit challenging. When will the last frost be? How warm will May actually get? Is the Asparagus ready to harvest? Strawberries! It is a season long on salads and short on starches – filled with great cool season produce.
