Winter Season (2025)is crops that are started and grown in the greenhouse and crops that hold over in the garden over the winter, like Carrots. Additional root crops are started in the greenhouse – radishes, salad turnips, beets. Herbs are maybe crops, depending on the winter. This year has holdover Arugla, Mustard and some Chard, if it makes it back from the Quail attack in December. Grrrr.
